Run your housing society or tower from one place.

Inventory, bookings, instalments, accounts and the buyer app in one system, built for property developers in Pakistan.

14-day free trial of the Growth plan, no card needed.

A tower sale, step by step

  1. Every apartment, floor by floor

The project page stacks each tower’s floors, and every apartment on them carries its size, facing, price and status: available, reserved, booked or sold.

  2. A buyer books on the ninth floor

Sales books the corner apartment against a payment plan. The stack changes colour for the whole office at once, and the instalment schedule is created with it.

  3. An instalment, paid from the phone

The buyer is reminded before the due date and pays by JazzCash or EasyPaisa in the buyer app, on your own merchant account.

  4. The receipt posts itself

The receipt is issued and posts to the double-entry ledger as it happens. The buyer finds it in the app; the accountant finds it in the books.

  5. The owner’s morning

Collected today, bookings, overdue and approvals waiting on the dashboard — and, on plans with AI, a morning brief written from your own figures.

Selling plots? The same, plot by plot.

A housing society’s master plan works the same way: every plot coloured by status, from the first hold to the last instalment.

A plot sale, step by step

  1. Every plot on the master plan

Blocks, roads and the park, with each plot’s size in marla or kanal, its corner or park-facing premium and its status, in one grid the whole office reads.

  2. A plot is sold

A reservation is a timed hold; a booking has a schedule; a sale closes the file. The plan changes colour the same minute, for everyone.

  3. Reminders go out on schedule

Before and after each due date, buyers get a reminder with a link to pay. Collections officers work a list of who to call today.

  4. Paid from the phone, posted to the ledger

The buyer pays the instalment in the buyer app; the receipt posts to the ledger and appears on their statement of account.

What your office and your buyers see

Real screens from the Plotler demo workspace: the owner’s dashboard, and the buyer app on a phone.

What changes in the office

The work stays the same. Where it lives, and how much of it you do by hand, does not.

  • Today: A register and three spreadsheets for every project, and nobody sure which one is right.

    One record for every unit

Price, size, status, buyer and every payment against it, in one place the whole office reads.

  • Today: Missed instalments found at month end, by phoning down a list.

Reminders and pay links on schedule

Buyers are reminded before and after each due date, with a link to pay by JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Officers work a list of who to call today.

  • Today: Buyers calling the office to ask what they owe and where their receipt is.

    The buyer app answers them

Each buyer sees their units, schedule, receipts, documents and construction updates on their phone, and raises a request when they need you.

  • Today: Month end spent rebuilding the books from receipt books and bank slips.

    The ledger keeps itself

Every receipt, refund and payment posts to the double-entry ledger as it happens. Reconcile the bank, close the period, print the reports.

Every part of the business, one workspace

Twelve areas that share one record of each unit, buyer and rupee. Switch on what your plan includes.

Questions developers ask

Something else? Contact us.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. A trial is a full workspace on the Growth plan for 14 days and needs no card. When it ends the workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe; nothing is deleted.

Can we bring the inventory we already keep in spreadsheets?

Yes. The importer reads your sheet of plots, files or apartments, checks every row and shows the problems before anything is saved. Sizes can be in marla, kanal, square feet or square yards.

Do our buyers need to download an app?

No. The buyer app opens in the phone’s browser from a link, and buyers can add it to their home screen. They sign in with their mobile number and the password your office gives them.

How do buyers pay online?

Through JazzCash or EasyPaisa hosted checkout on your own merchant account, so the money goes straight to you. Plotler charges an online payment fee of 0.5 % of what is collected this way.

Where is our data kept?

The database and files are hosted on Supabase on AWS ap-northeast-1 (Tokyo); the web app is served by Vercel, region iad1 (Washington, D.C., USA), with Vercel’s global CDN. Each workspace is isolated in the database, and you can export all of it at any time.

Is Plotler in Urdu?

The screens are in English today. Reminder and follow-up drafts can be written in English, Urdu or Roman Urdu, and Ask Plotler answers questions asked in any of the three.
